These are the sixteen Gondwana guidelines. We hope you find some inspiration, some answers and maybe even some questions. We ask you to challenge your colleagues, your team, but, most importantly, yourself every day by living by these values, discussing them and putting them into action. Maybe it will require a shift in mind-set, maybe it will require some practice, but we believe that it is possible to change the Gondwana working culture to the positive. We believe that, with these guidelines, we can find harmony in everything we are doing and ultimately make this world a better place for us and future generations.
